Terms of Service

By accessing or using MediVyn — including our website at medivyn.com, medivyn.health, and our mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use MediVyn.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, regardless of location. MediVyn is operated by Saikiran Bandi, trading as MediVyn. References to "MediVyn", "we", "us", or "our" refer to this entity.

MediVyn is a personal health companion application that allows users to:

• Track health vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, SpO2, temperature and weight
• Log daily mood, sleep, eating, movement and hydration habits
• Store and manage health records and documents
• Track medications and set reminders
• Use AI-powered symptom checking for informational purposes
• Receive personalized health insights based on logged data
• Generate pre-appointment health summaries

MediVyn is designed for personal health tracking only. It is not a clinical tool and is not intended to replace professional medical care.

MediVyn provides health information and personal tracking tools for educational and informational purposes only. The content, features, and AI-generated insights provided by MediVyn:

• Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Are not reviewed or approved by medical regulatory bodies
• Should not be relied upon for emergency medical situations
• May not be accurate, complete, or up to date for your specific situation

In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (112 in India, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia). Do not rely on MediVyn in emergencies.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before making any health decisions based on information from MediVyn.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MediVyn. By using MediVyn, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. MediVyn does not knowingly collect data from users under 18.

MediVyn is available globally. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of MediVyn complies with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

To use MediVyn, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at saikiran@medivyn.com

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

MediVyn collects and stores sensitive health information you choose to provide. By using MediVyn, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your health data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your health data is:

• Stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit
• Never sold to third parties
• Never shared with advertisers
• Accessible only by you, unless you explicitly share it
• Retained until you delete your account or request deletion

You own your health data. MediVyn processes it only to provide you with the service.

MediVyn offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium pricing varies by region:

• India: ₹199 per month
• United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France: $17 per month
• All other countries: $3 per month

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (web) and Google Play Billing (mobile). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting saikiran@medivyn.com.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact saikiran@medivyn.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests. MediVyn reserves the right to decline refunds for services already rendered.

Founding Member pricing is available to the first 50 Premium subscribers. This price is locked in for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.

The free tier of MediVyn includes the following limits:

• Up to 3 medications with reminders
• Up to 5 lifetime health record uploads
• 1 AI symptom check per month

These limits may change with reasonable notice to users.

You agree not to use MediVyn to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from MediVyn

MediVyn uses artificial intelligence to generate health insights, symptom assessments, and personalized tips. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI insights do not constitute medical advice
• You should verify any health information with a qualified medical professional

All content, features, design, logos, and technology within MediVyn are owned by MediVyn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from MediVyn without our explicit written permission.

Your health data remains your property. By using MediVyn, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediVyn and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, health outcomes, or medical decisions based on MediVyn content
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Accuracy of AI-generated health insights

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of MediVyn shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediVyn, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of MediVyn, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting saikiran@medivyn.com. Upon deletion, your health data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

MediVyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of MediVyn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MediVyn shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For users in the European Union, you retain the right to bring claims before your local courts and EU consumer protection authorities. For users in the United States, you retain rights under applicable US consumer protection laws.
